Opis: Dolgoročni prostovoljski projekt Mladinskega centra Idrija (MCI) bo med aprilom in novembrom 2019 gostil dva prostovoljca. Prostovoljca bosta postala del MCI ekipe in skupaj z nami skrbela za kvalitetno mladinsko delo v občini Idrija. Prostovoljca bosta pomagala pri širitvi delovanja mladinskega centra, in sicer bo glavni poudarek na multimedijskih aktivnostih in izvajanju dejavnosti (s poudarkom na mednarodnosti) v lokalni skupnosti.
Kratkoročni cilji projekta so združiti prostovoljce iz tujine z mladimi in drugimi prebivalci Idrije. Jima omogočiti pestro in zanimivo učno ter vključujočo izkušnjo. Kratkoročni cilj bo tudi več raznovrstnega dogajanja v sklopu mladinskega centra.
Z razvojem različnih kompetenc in mednarodne izkušnje bosta prostovoljca imela višjo možnost zaposljivosti, bosta bolj samozavestna, se počutila bolj kompetentna in krepila evropsko zavednost. Pridobila bosta predvsem znanja o samostojnem organiziranju, načrtovanju in izvedbi projektov. Velik poudarek pa bo tudi na krepitvi digitalnih kompetenc preko izvajanja različnih multimedijskih aktivnosti. Projekti prostovoljstva v mladih tudi spodbujajo solidarnost, tekom projekta bodo mladi začutili pripadnost mladinskim organizacijam in pozitivnost ob tem, ko skupaj s sovrstniki preko vodenega procesa pomagaš drugim.

Na začetku projekta bomo izvedli tudi intenzivni tečaj multimedijskih vsebin!

ENG: //The long-term volunteer project of the Youth Center Idrija (MCI) will host two volunteers between April and November 2019. The volunteer will become part of the MCI team and together with us take care of the quality of youth work in the municipality of Idrija. The volunteer will help in expanding the work of the youth center with the main focus on multimedia activities and the implementation of activities (with an emphasis on internationality) in the local community.
The short-term objectives of the project are to bring together volunteers from abroad with young people and other inhabitants of Idrija. It will give them a diverse and interesting learning and inclusive experience. The short-term goal will also be to provide multifaceted events within the youth center. Short-term goals are also linked to long-term goals, as we will develop the competences of young people with various activities throughout the project that will have a significant impact later on in their lives. By developing different competencies and international experience, they will have a higher employability potential, be more self-confident, feel more competent and strengthen European awareness. They will gain knowledge of independent organizing, planning and implementation of projects. A great deal of emphasis will also be on strengthening digital competences through the implementation of various multimedia activities. Youth volunteering projects also promote solidarity; during the project, young people will feel affiliated with youth organizations and positivity while helping with their peers through the guided process to help others.//
